Hello ! I Am on holiday
in Greece having an inspirational time. Have been really relaxing. Today was treated to a fabulous massage & crystal chakra balancing session. Now to the point of the title of this post. The other night a charming young girl
(19 ) . Said that she had sensed something in her room & would I
have a look, I was to tell her everything as she was psychic herself
& really wasn't scared. OK we go up to the room & it's full on
“I see dead people' I got a lady in black started outside the window,
whirled round me & then I had a voice
like 4 radio stations at once in my head. Well when I 'came round' my
new friend said ” are you Ok?, you said some very strange things !”

Now bearing in mind that I had that day started antibiotics for an inner
ear infection that took over half of my head & later in the night I
was delirious & speaking in tongues, this is the weirdest thing
that has ever happened to me.

All was fine until the next day when all hell broke loose. The girl who
'wasn't frightened' ! apparently demanded a new room & ended up
sleeping with her gran & mum. The owner as the accomodation was fully booked was not happy at all & I
felt dreadful !.

Eventually the owners wife took me in to a room & showed me some
very old photographs. Of course the lady in black was there, no surprise
in greece. What was really strange was that she told me it was the 3RD
time someone had had the same experience & that a few years before
outside the room was a framed black traditional mourning dress that got
broken & had then been removed, partly because it scared the guests !

Now I very rarely have any 'ghost whisperer moments' & certainly
wouldn't act as a medium. I think the point of this is that any supposed
'power' or comment that comes true holds great responsibility. The next
night the girls Grandma was chasing me saying “I know you've got Tarot
cards ! ” I am going to be very careful
what I say from now on, especially on antibiotics !

Hypnotism is much more complex than just being made to do funny things in front of an audience. When you are hypnotised you are being dealt with at the subconscious level. As your conscious is asleep this opens the door to access your subconscious. Your conscious is where all of your reasoning lies which can prevent yourself from doing things that your subconscious might allow you to do. When you are functioning at the subconscious level you don't know what is real and what isn't so you are allowed to have changes made that you otherwise wouldn't. This opens the door to being able to make those changes in yourself that would otherwise seem impossible to make.

There are many ways to apply the power of hypnosis. Many people use it to overcome bad habits in their lives such as smoking. When you have bypassed your conscious mind and are dealing with your subconscious or unconscious self you are also bypassing all of the roadblocks that can prohibit you from making the changes you want to make. You can hypnotise yourself into believing that these bad habits are truly bad for you and create a desire to never do them again. It also works for doing difficult things like starting to exercise or eating healthier. You can be hypnotised into changing yourself on a deep level in order to make these improvements in your life.

To allow yourself to be hypnotised to make serious changes in your life can be a wonderful thing. Things that you otherwise wouldn't be able to do are made easier through accessing that power of the subconscious. Things that seem impossible are made possible by simply changing the core of your thinking. There are many negative connotations about hypnotism in general but the power of hypnosis is a great tool that has helped countless people achieve their goals.
