Are you getting ready to make New Year's Resolutions ?

As 2011 approaches it is time to make resolutions as to what needs to be done to make the most of the promise of the New year. Normally I would 'give something up' but as I laid on my sunbed today re-dreaming my perfect future, I thought what else could I possibly give up ?. Last year I changed so many of my internal programs & eliminated SOO many 'bad' habits. Next Year 2011, really feels like a new start, and time to focus on the POTENTIAL. 2010 was a challenge to us all, many friends had to re-evaluate their lives as their livelihood was taken from them. What occurred was not the expected 'end of the world', in fact all of my friends rose to the challenge & re-invented their lives very much for the better. The one 'Law' that has been proven to me in the last year, is the law of positivity. I have had it proven to me again, and again !, that by focusing on the positive & consciously bouncing negativity away. You really can create a brighter reality !. Here are my top ten takes on how to create the future YOU DESERVE in 2011.

1. Be positive !
2. You are a unique individual, focus on your unique talents & the universe will reward you.
3. Keep focusing on that which you want to attract & the Universe CAN'T FAIL to deliver it to you.
4. The people who have it all are not BAD they are just enjoying their just deserts. When you feel jealousy replace it with admiration & joy, see what happens.
5. Be grateful for all the good things in life, no matter how small.
6. On a daily basis see yourself as a beacon of light sending joy to the Universe, move away from the darkness & the whingeing.
7. Accept that things will get better every day. The Universe delivers only that which you desire so DREAM BIG.
8. Forgive yourself & everyone around you for past errors, you get one shot, make sure you hit the target.
9. Strive to spend more time being ' in the zone ' enjoying the things that bring you alive.
10. Relax, if you replace your default settings with Love, happiness & Joy do you know how great YOUR LIFE will become.

of positivity, emitting a powerful frequency of joy. Using creative
visualisation you can use this technique to send positive energy
through the cosmos remotely just by imagining the recipient being
bathed in an invisible shower of white energy. Try it, you'll be amazed
at the results. As soon as you open the channel you start attracting
positive reciprocal energy. You will quickly become a more positive,

The Tarot as Therapy ? Recreate Your Life

I am so pleased that the main subheading under searches that find my main site is Free Tarot Readings it has always been my purpose to provide totally free, thought provoking readings. Finally the Tarot is being clawed back from mere fortune telling as a valid psychological tool.

A success story.

A good Tarot reading I believe should be like a therapy session between the reader & the questioner. Almost like a dance the cards revealed create rapport & show the seeker that they are on the correct life path, or if not what needs to change before their life is back on course & giving them a fulfilling, productive existence. I went through a course of cognitive behavioural therapy to challenge my beliefs & my 'default' reactions to life's challenges. It was amazing to me to see just how much my outlook had changed & now differed from people I at that time considered close. That is where my mantra became ' if you always follow the same path, you inevitably reach the same destination'. many times if I am giving a repeat reading to someone who, in my opinion, is stuck in a 'loop of existence' it is my responsibility to shock them in to waking up to new inspiration, new experience, to lift them from 'groundhog day'. An example is someone who I read for several times who recently arrived with a completely new sexy look & indeed a whole new outlook. After many readings that centred around, ' My boyfriend doesn't love me enough, he doesn't respect me, etc ' the penny finally dropped that the only person who could change her reality was her. I had kept laying the cards until one day the sequence was unavoidable. As I turned the 3 of Swords & ultimately the Death card I intimated that perhaps the relationship was beyond redemption & a new dawn was breaking.

Three- Represents synthesis, growth, creativity, abundance,
collaboration, friendship, artistic expression, refining plans,
preparing to take action. The Three of Swords – If you are not truly happy make amends or walk away …

I was so excited to watch how quickly this young lady blossomed in to a newer more exciting version of herself. Once more in love with life & ready to take on the world. Psychics or people giving consultations as 'Psychic Readings' have always been a source of fascination & mystery. I have spent my life seeking out the best psychic readers as I developed this site, my own abilities & most importantly my relationship with my life's purpose The Tarot. My free Tarot readings are based on some of my favourite encounters with many different readers & many different belief systems, including organised religions. There is no doubt that some people have increased sensitivity & are more intuitive, some of my recommended readers are testament to that. These individuals seem to be able to tune in to frequencies that are just outside the normal realms of perception. I also increasingly believe that the balance between a healthy body & a vibrant mind opens the individual to higher levels of intuition. I have recently embarked on a very strenuous exercise regime & have noticed that my cognitive powers are increasing as my fitness improves. It must be said that even though everyone has a certain amount of intuition, there is no doubt that some individuals have a more highly developed psychic ability. Even then the individual must learn to use their vision, be that clairvoyance, divination or any other form of sensitivity to connect with the questioner in a positive inspirational & uplifting way. I always stress that the initial rapport with a client is the key to a mutually successful reading.
Many readers are said to have a 'sixth sense' that enables them to connect to the sitter & unravel their current situation & provide clues as to where their life-path is set to lead them. Every civilisation has recognised these sensitives, be they called a Psychic, Phone Reader, Seer, Tarot reader, clairvoyant, augur, channeller, crystal ball gazer, diviner, forecaster, fortune-teller, medium, oracle, palm reader, prophet, psychic, soothsayer or one of many other names for a recognised sensitive. Obviously a huge industry has grown up around Psychic Readings & anyone seeking the advice of a reader should use their judgement to be sure that they are happy with the reader & the information that is being shared. That is why I called this post 'There are psychic readings & then there are Psychic Readings !'. Make sure you know the difference. When a client has a credit card reading with one of my colleagues it is important that they connect, if they feel that the reader is not the correct reader for them then the option is always there to re-connect to my reception & ask to be connected to another reader. If you are ready to embark on a reading you really should look to the person offering the service, does the general tone resonate with you ? Does the person give of the vibrations that you feel would benefit you ?. Quite often I have been presented with readers offering to advise me & I have thought, 'Hold on a minute my intuition is telling me that my life is possibly more under control than yours !, what can you possibly tell me to enable me to develop a better version of myself ? '

My personal belief system, the Tarot is my never ending journey that enables me to meditate on my decisions, balance my thought process & focus my quest to improve my relationship with life through the delicate balance of mind, body & spirit. My interest in Buddhism & my fascination with re-programming my subconscious through hypnosis, I believe, enables me to make the most of my life & strive towards the person I know I can become. No-one is going to show me the way & wherever I am I try & focus on neutralising any negative emotions that may be threatening to sabotage my day. I like to be able to return to my 'default' setting at will so I know I am in the correct space to give the very best that I can in any situation that arises …

Hello ! I Am on holiday
in Greece having an inspirational time. Have been really relaxing. Today was treated to a fabulous massage & crystal chakra balancing session. Now to the point of the title of this post. The other night a charming young girl
(19 ) . Said that she had sensed something in her room & would I
have a look, I was to tell her everything as she was psychic herself
& really wasn't scared. OK we go up to the room & it's full on
“I see dead people' I got a lady in black started outside the window,
whirled round me & then I had a voice
like 4 radio stations at once in my head. Well when I 'came round' my
new friend said ” are you Ok?, you said some very strange things !”

Now bearing in mind that I had that day started antibiotics for an inner
ear infection that took over half of my head & later in the night I
was delirious & speaking in tongues, this is the weirdest thing
that has ever happened to me.

All was fine until the next day when all hell broke loose. The girl who
'wasn't frightened' ! apparently demanded a new room & ended up
sleeping with her gran & mum. The owner as the accomodation was fully booked was not happy at all & I
felt dreadful !.

Eventually the owners wife took me in to a room & showed me some
very old photographs. Of course the lady in black was there, no surprise
in greece. What was really strange was that she told me it was the 3RD
time someone had had the same experience & that a few years before
outside the room was a framed black traditional mourning dress that got
broken & had then been removed, partly because it scared the guests !

Now I very rarely have any 'ghost whisperer moments' & certainly
wouldn't act as a medium. I think the point of this is that any supposed
'power' or comment that comes true holds great responsibility. The next
night the girls Grandma was chasing me saying “I know you've got Tarot
cards ! ” I am going to be very careful
what I say from now on, especially on antibiotics !
